Damage or Defective Items Warranty
While every order is carefully produced and packed, we understand that issues can occasionally occur. To ensure you can have peace of mind when ordering art online, I offer to replace the artwork immediately if, in the very rare case, your art is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item. Please inspect your order upon delivery within 24 hours and contact us if your item arrives damaged in transit, your item is defective, or you received the incorrect item.
To assist us in assessing and resolving the issue, we will request clear photographs of: The external packaging, the shipping label and the damaged item or artwork.
Where an artwork has arrived damaged, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit of equal value.
If a return is required for assessment of damaged goods, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In some cases, you may not be required to return the faulty item before a replacement or refund is issued.
Please note: Fine art prints naturally display subtle variations in colour. The artwork you receive may differ slightly from how it appears on screen due to factors such as photographic lighting, the lighting within your home, surrounding interior and wall colours, frame finishes, and differences between devices and monitors.
As each piece is produced using fine art printing processes and premium substrates, minor colour variations can also occur between print runs. These nuances are considered part of the character of fine art production and do not constitute damage or defect.
Only significant printing errors will be assessed as faulty or defective.
7-Day Change of Mind Returns
We want you to feel confident when purchasing from our online studio. If you change your mind, we offer a 7-day change-of-mind return on eligible items, subject to the conditions below.
Items Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns: Rolled / unframed canvas art, Homewares and lifestyle items.
The following items are not eligible for change of mind returns as they are customised, made-to-order items: Stretched and framed artworks, and custom-sized artwork.
Once artwork has been stretched, framed, and produced to order, it is considered a custom item and cannot be returned for change of mind.
Additionally, we do not accept change of mind returns for items on sale, or gift cards.
Change-of-Mind Return Conditions
- Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Returns are offered once per order, and a maximum of two change-of-mind returns per customer within a 12-month period
- Items must be returned in original packaging, in unused, as-new condition
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Approved change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue
To request a return, please email contact us your order number and item details. We will provide return instructions once your request has been approved.
Please do not return items to the address shown on your parcel. Our artwork is produced and fulfilled from multiple locations, and a return address will be provided once your return is authorised.
Cancellations or Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of my art prints, I have a 12-hour cancellation or exchange policy. This means you must contact us within 12 hours of your purchase to make a change to your order, or cancel.
We will charge a 5% administration fee for order cancellation.
European Union 3 day cooling off period: Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification.
Refunds for cancelled orders: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Fine Art Warranty
We stand behind the fine art quality of our artworks. Please find the warranty periods below. The warranty period is from the date of purchase and is for Australian customers only. The warranty is considered void if the customer didn't follow care instructions or the fault/damage was caused by a misusage or accident.

If any fault is found within warranty period please contact us immediately. You will need to provide photos of the artwork it in condition and we will assess all warranty claims on a case by case basis.
