1. Promotion

The “Win Your Art For Free” promotion gives eligible customers who place an order with Corinne Melanie during the promotional period the chance to have their order value refunded, up to a maximum refund value of $1,200 AUD per winner.

Four eligible customers will be selected at random after the promotional period ends.

2. Promoter

The promoter is Corinne Melanie Art / Corinne Melanie Pty Ltd, ABN 66 633 216 752, of Paradise Point, QLD Australia.

3. Promotional Period

The promotion applies to eligible orders placed between:

12:00am AEST on 1 June 2026 and 11:59pm AEST on 20 June 2026.

Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open to customers who:

a. are aged 18 years or over;
b. are residents of Australia, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory;
c. place an eligible order through corinnemelanie.co during the promotional period;
d. provide accurate contact and order details at the time of purchase; and
e. otherwise comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Residents of the Australian Capital Territory are excluded from this promotion and will not be entered into the draw.

Employees, contractors, immediate family members of the promoter, and any agencies, suppliers, or third parties directly associated with the administration of this promotion are not eligible to enter.

5. How to Enter

Eligible customers will be automatically entered into the draw when they place an order during the promotional period.

Each eligible order counts as one entry.

For example, if a customer places two separate eligible orders during the promotional period, they will receive two entries into the draw.

No separate entry form is required.

Entry into the promotion is free and is automatically included with eligible purchases made at the standard retail price during the promotional period. Customers are not charged any additional amount to enter the promotion.

6. Eligible Orders

Eligible orders include completed purchases made through the Corinne Melanie website during the promotional period.

Orders that are cancelled, refunded, reversed, declined, identified as fraudulent, or otherwise not completed will not be eligible.

If an order is partially refunded before the draw takes place, the eligible prize value will be based on the final amount paid by the customer after refunds, discounts, store credits, gift cards, shipping adjustments, or other deductions have been applied.

7. Prize

There will be four winners.

Each winner will receive a refund equal to the value of their eligible order, up to a maximum of $1,200 AUD per winner.

The maximum total prize pool is $4,800 AUD.

The prize will be issued as a refund to the original payment method used at checkout where possible. If this is not possible, the promoter may arrange an alternative refund method at its discretion.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash beyond the stated refund value.

8. Prize Cap

If a winning customer’s eligible order value is less than $1,200 AUD, the customer will receive a refund equal to the value of that order.

If a winning customer’s eligible order value is greater than $1,200 AUD, the maximum refund amount will be capped at $1,200 AUD.

For example:

A customer who spends $850 AUD may receive an $850 AUD refund if selected as a winner.

A customer who spends $1,200 AUD or more may receive the maximum refund of $1,200 AUD if selected as a winner.

9. Draw Details

The winners will be selected at random after the promotional period has closed.

The draw will take place on or after 25 June 2026.

The draw will be conducted by the promoter or an authorised representative of the promoter using a random selection process.

10. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted individually using the contact details provided at checkout.

The promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact each winner within 7 business days of the draw.

Winners may be publicly announced in early July 2026 via the Corinne Melanie website, email, and/or social media channels. The announcement may include the winner’s first name, last initial, state/territory, and/or order number, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Unclaimed Prizes

If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, or is deemed ineligible under these Terms & Conditions, the promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

Any redraw will be conducted using the same random selection process.

12. Multiple Orders

Each eligible order placed during the promotional period will count as one entry.

Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is linked to a separate eligible order.

Splitting or manipulating orders for the purpose of gaining additional entries may be reviewed at the promoter’s discretion.

13. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

If a winning order is later returned, cancelled, reversed, disputed, or refunded for any reason, the customer may forfeit their prize, and the promoter reserves the right to recover any refunded prize amount.

This promotion does not alter the promoter’s standard returns, refunds, cancellation, or consumer guarantee obligations.

14. General Conditions

The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.

The promoter may disqualify any entry or entrant if it reasonably believes that the entry has been submitted fraudulently, incorrectly, unlawfully, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, except where required by law.

15. Changes to the Promotion

The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, or extend the promotion if required due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, legal requirements, or events outside the promoter’s reasonable control.

Any changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable.

16. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any rights a customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, technical failure, or other issue that affects entry into the promotion or the awarding of prizes.

17. Privacy

By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the promoter using their personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion, contacting winners, issuing prizes, and announcing winners where applicable.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy, available on the Corinne Melanie website.

18. Permits

The maximum total prize pool for this promotion is $4,800 AUD.

The promotion is not open to residents of the Australian Capital Territory.

Based on the promoter’s understanding of applicable trade promotion thresholds at the time of publication, no trade promotion permit is required for this promotion. The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if any permit, approval, or regulatory requirement is identified before or during the promotional period.
