It is rare, but sometimes accidents happen. To ensure you can have peace of mind when ordering art online, I offer to replace the artwork immediately if in the very rare case your art is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
If in the case your item has arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package so that I can promptly arrange a replacement.
You will need to supply me photos of:
The external box
The shipping label on the box
The damage to the artwork/frame
If a replacement is not available, a credit will be applied to your store account or you will be provided a gift card to the equal value.
If a return is required to inspect the item prior to processing your refund, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In some cases, you won't be required to return the defective product for me to arrange your replacement or refund/store credit.
If contact regarding any damage or defects is made outside of 24 hours of customer receipt of the package, I am unable to garuntee a replacement or refund.
Cancellations or Exchanges
Due to the made to order nature of my art prints, I have a 1 hour cancellation or exchange policy. This means you must contact us within 1 hour of your purchase to make a change to your order, or cancel. After this time, I can not garuntee I will be able to cancel or exchange your order.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification.
Refunds for cancelled orders
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
Change of Mind Returns
Following the 1 hour cancellation period (3 day cancellation period for EU customers only), I am unable to accept cancellations or returns.
All of my fine art prints are made to order, with love and care. For this reason we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or change of mind as I do not hold stock.
As many of my art pieces are sent directly from a framer or fine art printer, please do not send your purchase back to the fine art printer, framer or manufacturer on your shipping label. I cannot guarantee that your purchase will be able to be received safely and this may result in a loss of your purchase.
Due to the high value nature of original paintings - All original painting sales are final and there are no returns on these items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations of Payment Plans
If your item has been on hold due to a payment plan I will refund you in full to your original payment method if you choose to cancel the payment plan, less reasonable business costs incurred to process payments and hold your item. Ensure you request a cancellation of your payment plan via email to email@example.com.
