Returns Process

Damaged Items

If in the case your item has arrived damaged, please contact me so that I can promptly arrange a replacement. 

Change of Mind Returns Procedure

For change of mind returns, the information on this page outlines the process to return your Corinne Melanie Co. order.

  1. For all continents excluding Europe, you must contact me within 3 days of receiving your item to notify of your return. Due to EU laws, in Europe you have 14 days to contact me to notify of your return.
  2. You will be required to send items back within 30 days of delivery.
  3. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  4. Print your online purchase receipt and ensure you include this in your return package - this is so that I can link your return to your order and process your store credit.
  5. Please note that refunds are not available for change of mind returns. A store credit/gift card will be provided to the value of the return.

Corinne Melanie Co. Returns Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Your package may have come from one of several warehouses globally I utilise to ensure that I can ship your artwork to you in the shortest time frame possible. If you received return instructions and a return address within your package, please utilise those instructions to return your item. If you did not receive any return information in your package, please follow the instructions below. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you did not receive an invoice with your package, please print the invoice and include it in your returned package. This is so that when we can confirm the right order, and the right person to provide the refund to.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please note that although I may arrange for your artwork to be printed and framed locally, the return address is located in Australia.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your store account or you will be provided a gift card to the equal value.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged item please email to notify. You will be required to provide photographic evidence of your damaged item so that we can arrange a replacement for you. If your replacement arrives damaged, you will be offered another replacement if one is available.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
