How do I track my delivery?

Alternatively, you can always contact the courier directly and quote your tracking number and they will be able to give you more accurate tracking information.

I read my art will be made to order. How long does that take?

Yes, most art prints are made to order just for you upon ordering - this enables us to personalise your artwork in the exact size and frame of your choosing.

  • Framed paper prints: Ready to ship within 2-4 days
  • Unframed canvas: Ready to ship within 1-2 weeks
  • Stretched and framed canvases: Ready to ship within 3 weeks.

Canvas Prints

What materials do you use?

Our canvas is designed to meet art galleries' and museum's longevity requirements and ensure consistency of shades for up to 200 years old.

The printing process is Giclee with Pigment Ink on a Premium Fine Art Matte Canvas 410g/m2.

What are the differences between unframed, stretched and framed canvas?

Unframed, Rolled Canvas

  • Your gorgeous artwork will arrive securely and safely packaged, rolled in a tube. Unframed canvases come with an additional 2" white border all around to allow for stretching and framing of your choice. This is the lowest cost option, and you will need to arrange to have your artwork stretched or framed with a local framer after delivery.

Stretched, Ready to Hang Canvas

  • Arrives ready to hang on the wall, with wire preinstalled. The canvas 'wraps' around timber stretcher bars 1.5in thick.
  • The edges of the artwork wrap around the frame for a clean, modern finish.
  • This is a great option if you want your artwork to arrive ready to hang at your door.
  • Stretched canvases give the look and feel of a clean, modern finish and gallery feel.

Professionally Framed Canvas

  • Chose your desired floating frame, and we'll do the rest.
  • Your artwork will arrive at your door professionally framed, and ready to hang on the wall.
  • A floating frame (sometimes referred to as a shadow box frame) creates a “floating” effect on the art that's inside. That is, the canvas appears suspended within the frame without touching any of the sides, adding a dimensional effect with visual impact.
  • Choose this option if you love the idea of your art being ready to hang on the wall when it arrives, with the added visual impact of the floating frame in your chosen colour/finish.

If you'd like to see these finishes described in even more detail, view the blog post here.

Original Paintings

When will you have new original paintings available?

I release new original paintings every 2-3 months. Please note they sell out quickly. If you would like to hear first about originals being released please subscribe to my mailing list via the form at the bottom of this page. I notify my mailing list first, and following this I share releases on my social media accounts.

Do you create custom paintings?

My commissions calander is currently closed. Shop the available originals here, or you can contact us to request a custom sized print.

What is your painting process?

I am a hybrid digital mixed media artist. A brief summary of my process is below.

All of my paintings start out as digital works - I primarily use Corel Painter and Photoshop with my Wacom drawing tablet and stylus.

When creating orignal mixed media works, I have the fine art giclee print of my digital painting created on canvas, mounted and framed.

I then add collage layers, paint, textures and other media to complete the piece.

Although the base is a digital print, due to the many layers of collage and acrylic paint added each finished piece is 100% unique and one-of-a-kind.

I do not re-print the digital base layers again to create another painting, each digital base layer is only used once.

Other Questions

I really want to purchase but I'm not sure how the art will look on my wall or if I'll be happy with it. What can I do?

Artwork is an important investment into your home, and the right artwork selection can entirely transform your room.

Let myself or one of my art specialists complete a render of your room, featuring your chosen artwork. All we require is a photo showing a clear, front-on view of the wall where you'd like your new artwork to go.

You will then have a preview of exactly how the art will look in your room prior to purchasing.

I'm also an artist. Do you do workshops or other trainings?

I'm passionate about the business of art and am working on building out some learning resources to support fellow artists. You can view more over at my resources for artists page.

The artwork I had my eye on is no longer available. Can you help me?

If the artwork you are after is no longer available on my website, or a sold out limited edition, please contact me - there may be other variations still available that we can help you find.
