Art & Beyond

A home + life blog by Corinne Melanie

Why do I paint?

I create art because it has a beautiful impact on the environment and the people around us, that's often unexplained. When I choose my favourite piece and hang it in my home, it provides me with a feeling of calm and well-being that can only be explained through the power of art.

You might feel the same. Or maybe, your favourite piece of art transports you to your favourite place, or reminds you of a favourite memory.

Maybe, the art starts conversations between you, your loved ones, your family, and the guests visiting your home.

Or maybe, it just brings you immense joy simply because you love the artwork. You love the colours, you love the design, and you love how it looks and feels in your room.

That's why I love making art.

I'm inspired by travel and beautiful places around the world, and when I paint my bold botanicals and abstract designs, these are the memories and experiences I want to bring into your homes.

I'm a mumma to a little toddler, and my hubby and I and our little family live in a white weatherboard home that doubles as my art studio.

I started my online gallery to empower the world to create beautiful and inspired interior spaces through the power of art.

I'm particularly passionate about making extra large statement prints, that are relatively affordable when compared to an original peice, but have the power to completely transform a room.

I'm sure your home is already beautiful. But if you are looking to find the perfect addition to enhance your space even more, I'm sure you'll be able to find the perfect piece over at my online gallery.

Thank you for entering your email and allowing this welcome to come into your world. If you'd like to follow along on my journey further, you can find me over at Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and TikTok.
